Take it easy . . .

    Using your imagination is an excellent way to release tension. Try tensing and releasing again, but this time imagine that the back of your neck is very long.

    Imagine that the back of your head is weightless, floating up toward the ceiling, rising up off our shoulders.

    Now gently exhale through your mouth while whispering a long “ah” until you completely run out of breath. As you inhale, notice how easily your chest springs open and your lungs fill with fresh oxygen.

    Continue, repeating an exhale with the “ah” three more times.

Now that you have rebalanced and relaxed . . .

    Click your mouse again. As you move your hand back to the mouse, try not to tighten your neck.
